Step 1: Cup sealing roll needs to be placed properly.
Step 2: The plug is connected to socket and the switch is pressed to on. Here red light becomes ON.
Step 3: Temperature needs to be adjusted. After few minutes green light becomes ON.
Step 4: The cup with juice is placed into the dice properly.
Step 5: The tray is pushed inside the machine.
Step 6: Lever is pulled down with hand and kept for 3-4 seconds.
Step 7: Lever gets back to its position by handle spring so that the sealed cup becomes released.
Step 8: The tray is pulled and cup is removed.
Step 9: Cup sealing roll must be ready to seal the next cup by rolling once. Because after sealing a cup, a round hole is made on paper. So you need to back the roll upwards once to get a fresh paper to seal.​

The temperature of heater cup sealer is adjustable. You can use this machine in up to 250º Celsius. If you use more temperature, cup sealing will be more quickly, but the durability of heater might decrease for high temperature. So there is an optimum temperature to work on. It is recommended to use the machine in 150º Celsius so that it works perfectly. If you do not adjust temperature perfectly, there is a risk to damage both the roll and plastic cup.
